  • In order to assure prompt delivery, orders cannot be canceled after the order has been confirmed by acceptance of our terms and conditions. No orders will be processed until the following Terms and Conditions have been agreed to.
  • Exchanges or Returns will only be honored within 14 days after the receipt of the order and only with valid quality issues. After 14 days only exchanges will be taken and after 30 days there will be no exchanges or returns
  • Shipping and Handling fee are not refundable.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned for a refund unless accompanied by a legitimate quality issue.
  • Returned items will not be accepted without original hang tags still attached and all items must be received in their original bags.
  • Credit on items paid with a charge card will only be issued back to the charge card used in the original order.
  • By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned if they have been worn or tried on and customers should first try on the items over their underwear.
  • When trying on purchased items customers should not be wearing perfume or deodorant. It could leave marks or scents.
  • All garments will go through a thorough quality control inspection before being shipped and we reserve the right to accept or refuse any returns/exchanges if they are not accompanied with a legitimate quality issue.
  • When returning an item, please fill out the return slip that was included with your original order.
  • Because we cannot assume responsibility for any packages you send out that are lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package when sending it to us, as well as get a tacking number.
  • Postage and insurance costs as well as your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please note, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
